Mr. Dennis Harris

Executive Chairman

Mr. Dennis Harris is a fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants with over thirty years experience in Finance, Business Strategy and Operations. Mr. Harris spent fifteen (15) years working for Reed Elsevier PLC. His skills as a manager and leader allowed him to climb the corporate ladder to lead the finance function within the largest division with UK business publishing.

His experience there included acquisitions, strategy and business development as well as IT systems operations and development. After leaving the UK, Mr. Harris joined the Courts PLC Group, which was one of the largest furniture retailers in the UK. He then joined the Jamaica business heading up the Finance, IT and Credit functions.

He also had international responsibilities for the development and rollout of the Key Point of Sales Credit Systems in eighteen (18) countries. His achievements include: the creation, development and implementations of the Group’s revolving credit product – Ready Finance; the growth of Courts Jamaica through innovative and target marketing campaigns, the expansion of the Call Centre into telephone and on-line sales and the improving of the company’s profile in the financial market.

Mr. Harris then assumed the position of Regional Finance Director with responsibility for Finance, Credit and IT across the Caribbean following a restructuring of the Courts PLC Group. He is currently the Managing Director of Courts Jamaica operated by the Unicomer Group and a director of Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited (JMMB) for the past ten (10) years and
 CGM Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited for the past two (2) years. Mr. Harris is also   

the Chairman of Capital and Credit Merchant Bank and serves as Chairman for Roth Capital LLC.

Mr. Delroy O. Howell

President & CEO

Delroy Howell began his professional career at the Barclays Bank in the Cayman Islands & prior to commencing his own financial venture Mr. Howell also worked at the Bank of Bermuda and the British American Bank.

He is the current Founder, Chairman & CEO for the First Financial International Group of Companies. Included in the group of companies are First Financial Caribbean Limited and First Financial Caribbean (Jamaica) Limited, First Financial Insurance Brokers Limited (QuikCare Insurance Broker) and Pasadora Medical Services Limited (Windward Pharmacy). QuikCash Money Transfer, formerly a part of First Financial Caribbean Limited, under Mr. Howell’s headship as Chairman & CEO, accounted for US$1Billion in remittance to the Caribbean.

Mr. Howell is the current Chairman
 & CEO of Ocean Chimo Limited, the company that formerly owned and operated the Hilton rebranded Wyndham Kingston Hotel. He also formed Tomae in March 2008 to address a number of major concerns relating to issues such as Climate change. Tomae’s main objective is to partner with different countries to mitigate and monetize carbon emission in the transport sector.

Mr. Howell is a philanthropist at heart and has awarded over 100 scholarships to Secondary and Tertiary students in both Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. He is the Chairman for the Shortwood Football Club Fundraising Committee and is also a former Honorary Chairman for the Florida Chapter of the United Negro College Fund Fundraising Committee and in 2002 the Miami-Dade County awarded him with a Certificate of Appreciation. Again, in 2004 the County also presented him with the distinguished Visitor Award.

The Government of the Cayman Islands, soon after, in 2005 followed suit and bestowed upon him the Country’s Spirit Award for the role he played in the rebuilding of the Cayman Islands after hurricane Ivan in 2004. In 2016, Mr. Howell was invited to speak at the LAC Africa Business Summit held in Kenya and in addition to several other awards he was also awarded a Certificate of Appreciation in 2010 by the Kiwanis Club of New Kingston in Jamaica.

Ms. Nathanee Martin MSc., BSc.

Vice President of Human Resource Development

Ms. Martin holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management both from The University of the West Indies, Mona. She is also certified in the areas of Supervisory Management, Project Management and Webpage Design.

Nathanee Martin is a Human Resource Practitioner who has gained much of her early professional experience in various capacities at The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. She assumed the role of the Administrative Graduate Coordinator for the Caribbean School of Media and Communication (CARIMAC) approximately two years prior to her departure from the Institution. Subsequent to her six-year stint at The UWI, Mona, Ms. Martin joined the Human Resources Team at Petrojam Limited – Jamaica’s only Oil Refinery. During her tenure at this company she spearheaded a number of Learning and Development Initiatives for a staff complement of over 200 persons. She currently serves as Director, Human Resource Development & Administration for ROTH CAPITAL Limited where she coordinates and manages the welfare of a very diverse workforce.
